One of the best 酒楼 on 8th Ave for a special dinner!
Food was incredibly flavorful and fresh. Highly recommend their seafood dishes, especially the steamed crab over sticky rice, and the black pepper lamb chops. We had a VIP room to ourselves on a weeknight without a reservation in advance. Complimentary mango dessert, almond cookies, and assorted fruit. Service was very friendly and attentive.
Dishes we ordered: Steamed crab over sticky rice, black pepper lamb chops, jumbo shrimp with walnuts in mayo sauce, macadamia with mixed clams, scallops in black pepper sauce.
Came here on a Sunday early afternoon after a nearby spot was insanely busy. We were seated within 10 minutes and the food was good
Nice dim sum restaurant with lots of natural light! Went with 2 other friends and the bill came out to be around $44. Service is a little slow though and people are fairly inattentive. The food is good and there's 2 ways of ordering- through carts and by writing on an order slip. They also have frozen dumplings to order if you want.
When i walked in with my family and relatives (about 20 people) we were seated in VIP room 5 since there was a wedding happening in the main area of the restaurant. The food was mediocre, nothing really good. I'm giving this place a 1 star, a 0 star if i could because the ceiling had a massive crack in it and sewage water was dropping into our food. We didn't notice at first until a droplet splashed into the soup and splashed every until we noticed. It may have went into the other food without us realizing. The water kept dropping and the staff didn't do anything. We just had to move the table to the left corner so we weren't in the splash zone. Not only was sewage water splashing into the food, the soda we were severed was over a year expired. Who knows what else is expired or fresh. I am never returning to this restaurant.
Review is for Sunday dimsum tea time.

Some items have strange taste, I can only describe as chemical unnatural makes me suspect some accidental contamination or cleaning procedure not done 100%.
There are upper floor I assume its good for banquet events.
Worker are fairly prompt and friendly compare to other similar style restaurants. Food might be an off today? According to other who visited precore-COVID it was better before. They really don't taste that great, some dishes not even comparable to those cheaper takeout joint/food court.
Friday night my I decided to take two of my old coworkers out to dinner there. They are both Chinese and loved the restaurant immediately. The atmosphere, the personal attention given by the owner, Maggie.
The fried chicken and string been was extremely tasty. My coworkers mostly enjoyed the duck, I do not eat duck but it looked and smelled just as good as the rest of the meals. The price was also very good. Mainly, we found parking across the street. I highly recommend Park Asia restaurant.
Very poor customer service from the front desk ladies. She refused to check for a take out order until we finally got mad after waiting 30 minutes. We went back for a take out dinner the same day. The lady at the front desk substituted an item that was less ( although only by 40 cents out of a $30 paid dinner order). When I asked for rice with the order instead, she wanted an additional charge of $2 for a small bowl.
Tax was charged with credit cards. Apparently not with cash
Never again.
The dishes we ordered was not made freshly. As all of the dishes we ordered after sitting came out within 5 minutes. The vegetables were dry and the roast duck was dry.
